How to hard boil eggs, the simple, easy way:
1. Start with placing eggs in a pot (Don't crowd them)
2. Cover with cold water about 1 - 2 inches above eggs
3. Add about 1/2 tsp of salt to aid in peeling
4. Place on high flame
5. Continue to heat until full, rolling boil
6. Turn off heat, keep on hot burner, COVER and let sit for 12 minutes (Turn on Timer!)
7. Drain hot water, replace with cold water and ice....let sit until eggs cool
8. Feel free to peel now and store in a baggie in refrigerator, up to 5 days
